      Pros

      Thanks to the pandemic we're able to work from home, and the vendors we work with are interesting and cool.

      Cons

      Underpaid, understaffed, our programming looks like it was designed in the 1980s and never updated, upper management are incredibly disconnected from their employees, very intense "finger pointing" culture instead of teams working together to fix problems/find solutions.

      great employees from VP to product picker

      Cons

      major publishers have decided to seek distribution alternatives, hurting their own industry as Diamond Comics has been a positive voice and promoter of the industry for 45 years.

      Pros

      Work from home was nice, some of the work was fairly easy but some we weren't really trained to do.

      Cons

      Poor communication, large workload, disorganized and outdated programs. Low pay.
