Like being in the military, you get close to your fellow coworkers by having the shared experience of being under constant stress. If you like to be micromanaged by upper management and being watched by camera's while you do all of your work then this might be the place for you. The biggest pro of working here is that you will know the kind of company that you will never want to work for again.

You and your fellow coworkers walk in every day with the question of: Are they going to fire me today? The stress is literally crippling here, with no upside. You are a replaceable cog in their machine. As with the other people here leaving reviews, look at the reviews that aren't obviously written by upper management to offset the otherwise terrible rating that they would have. If you've worked here most of the 5 star reviews are pretty laughable, and very interestingly they were all posted 2-3 days or a week within each other.
