Pros
Great Culture. Small Company get to work directly with upper management despite being a newer Employee. Company is expanding. Management provides very good leadership to lower level employees and helps them grow in the industry. Hours are great with Summer Fridays. Culture is very laid back. Company gives pretty good benefits. The President is very generous.
Cons
The company is owned and run by a tight group of friends. Sometimes it feels like being an outsider in the company. Other than that, there are no other complaints.
