Pros
There is a lot of energy at DSFG. This is one of the reasons I returned back to DSFG to work part time after a short retirement. I have enjoyed being part of a company that keeps moving forward while not forgetting to support its employees and give back to the communities it serves. There are numerous fun company and client events throughout the year that encourages team building and client relationships.
Cons
Considerable learning curve but if you willing to put in the work, it's worth it.
