Pros

The president / CEO manages to stay in business and is able to maintain a certain number of employees.

Cons

The president/CEO is running his own company into the ground. One of the worst money managers. Unless he sells a new invention soon he will be operating out of his garage. The president/CEO enjoys playing the bully toward women and minorities. He is extremely disrespectful, and he believes he is the only intelligent person in his circle. If you decide to work for this mini control freak, who micromanages every piece of work, be prepared to take the blame for everything. Yes, be prepared to say yes sir may I have another as he provides inadequate instructions, hides information and just straight up lies to his employees as well as to skilled candidates. His communication skills are the worst. It is almost like he suffers from a form of autism for he fails to answer questions and neglects emails. He becomes highly irritated by questions. This guy Loves to play the blaming game as he belittles most of his staff with exception of white males and the white women who cater to his ego. Of course, when he uses the scare tactic by saying you are fired you will get to keep your job as you follow the lead of the other employees who will cowardly quiet down. The guy treasures his meetings for they provide him with a feeling of a big man on campus. He tends to waste valuable resources by having everyone in the office work the same thing. Yes, everyone on board will be told to do the same job (Shipping, office manager, sales, finance). Next, he will become extremely upset with everyone because no one will do the job right and nothing else will get accomplished. If you are looking to make a quick buck as you look for a real job then yes I recommend you give this company a try.

Pros

I have worked for Diamond Systems from October 2008 through May 2016, I left Diamond Systems to pursue a high prestige position (VP Sales North America) for a $85 million company, and relocated to Massachusetts. During my time in Mass Jonathan Miller (CEO Diamond Systems), and I still remained close friends. We got together for numerous dinners, when Jonathan traveled to Mass, and I to California. Unfortunately, the grass is not always greener on the other side, and Jonathan was gracious enough to take me back with open arms. I also don’t understand all the negative reviews, because I would not have remained friends with Jonathan if I though he was a bad boss, or mistreated others.

Cons

I had to go through a hectic move from Massachusetts to California, but I am delighted to be back at Dimond Systems with all my old friends and collogues.

Pros

I have worked at Diamond Systems for 8 years. There is a current Employee who has worked for Diamond for almost 20 years. There is a former Employee that had worked for the Company for 8 years that is interviewing for a current position so that he can return to Diamond. There are lots of challenging projects and challenging work to do. The owner gives you the freedom and ability to work on these projects and issues whether they be accounting, operations, engineering, shipping, etc. Everyone is invited to take initiative and rise to the best of their ability. It appears to me that some of the negative reviews here were written by one or two individuals who did not understand the culture of a small company. In a small company everybody knows what they should be doing and what all the people around you should be doing. There is a lot to do. The owner just wants people to do their jobs and help each other out. If you are working and producing for the company you are fine. The comments about him in the other reviews are very one sided and are not true. There are no lawsuits and there is no screaming or berating going on.

Cons

The road traffic in the area tends to be heavy.
