Company is basically broke. They survive week to week hoping their customers pay the bills so they can pay their bills. Ownership is poor. They hire family and friends and terminate good people. Most people are working 60 hour weeks, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Drugs run rampant. People go 3 or 4 years without pay raises. Turn over is very high, and they have no regard for employees they let go. They escort you out and screw with your benefits, vacation pay and sick pay.
