We talk a lot about the culture of our company; the characteristics of a rhino to do whatever it takes to get the job done, being humble and not feeling entitled, and teamwork to work together when times are crazy, like the holiday season. There is not a lot to take away from this review with the exception that there could have been a conversation with the manager about getting commission for the sales that were made. As an office manager, the position is exempt, which is why there is no overtime. There could have been a conversation about a position with less responsibility if the benefit of overtime was desired. We are reasonable people. All we ask is for transparency so that we can handle concerns in an efficient manner.
