No proper management , Being a fresher you have to show ultimate performance if not you will never be valued. They will ask us to work late nights and holidays and the pay will be very less. Work life balance is at its worst . Salary is very low compared to all other developers in other companies in the same catogery . Getting a day off is very difficult . Work from home option 1 day a month. and that too on holidays(I dont know what kind of deal is that). They try to bring in lots of activities which are useless. Instead try to give the employees what they actually need. Most of the employees are still there just because of their personal stuffs. Im pretty sure every one are waiting for their chances to get out asap.
