      Pros

      Insulting customers is encouraged Tips from the few cuatomers that 'get it' are great The training is great and entertaining Environment is fun Coworkers are wonderful

      Shouldnt the the pros be enough? Theres a fine line between the funny encourages 'sarcastic humor' and offensive. Coworkers and managers missed the mark. This establishment did not serve food of a quality representative of the cost charged to customers and employess are encouraged to further enrage dissatisfied customers. I was reprimanded for being too nice to my tables.

      Can be fun, coworkers a great.

      Cons

      Schedule are based on contest ranking and merch sales. If you don't do good right away you are screwed on the schedule. Then you don't get sat the big groups and get cut first so you are never able to catch up on the sales they want you to have. And they know it.
