Firm size is too small

There is good opportunity to communicate with top management especially for office staff. There is a bonus and increment system in place purely based on performance.

Work load is extreme and mostly you have to work overtime (ofc without any benefits). There is rampant internal politics and management usually is biased towards someone better in position to make-up his case.
