Hell - Java Developer Diction Technology Employee Review

This is a fack company guys as per my experience. Firstly the demand for the bond money until you don't give they said to you that when you give full bond money after that they provide you fack joining latter. After that they will provide 10 days training. Then exam if you pass give you fack project to make if your test cases fail go to home for ever and also forget your money. You pay 24k and they will fire you if your project is not run on 2 or 3 change will give you.after fire they will mail you to collect 10k check but this is a advanced check when you leave after 6 month it will work. Because they will give you future date check. And when you clear your exam after training they will give you project and said that you are on paid but they don't give any money after a month and you come in pressurised then you left after that when you left means you forget all Money is they don't give you back if you leave. This is really a very big fraud company please take any action those type of companies they only play with fresher students emotions and noting else. Guys please you never go for interview or join. It's my experience.

Please guys don't go for interview as well as joining please avoid this type of company who take money if you want to give bond money only you pay for reputable companies not for this type. Please beware.

Starting from their money business in which they take 20K + 18% gst and when you will discuss it with your batch(which they start every month after firing previous batch) from some people they take 10k , 20k from some no proper policy . But most important point is they won't return your 10k in the name of training of 15 days which is worst. It is better to join some institute at least they give good training after that they will write a clause in the bond that if you are fired by company then also company will keep your 10K. Other than that you will feel like you are in jail wouldn't let anyone take mobile inside if he is receiving even 20 miss calls in case it is important they won't notify you doesn't matter how important the call is. They will take you into the hr room and would break you so much that you will feel it is better to resign than bear this pressure. All the positive reviews are uploaded by management only. Once you go there ask them how many employees are in company they will say 50-60 but in reality there are 4-5 employees who are a team of fraudsters. My suggestion please never join the company. They keep hiring students 365 days a year.
