Pros
Nice environment, some great people, and an overall good company to work for. Though I was saddened to leave after almost six years of employment I walked away with priceless knowledge and lifelong friends. Didlake is very big on promoting within the company so there is ample room for growth over time. I was offered a much better position within five months. The company is growing at an enormous rate each year which could sometimes hurt workflow and management direction. However, most people there are always looking out for each other regardless of department. I would recommend working for Didlake dependent on the position at hand (but that's anywhere). Oh and last but not least, some of the benefits are amazing! Best 401k benefit I've seen (1 to 2 match, yes they double up to six percent)!
Cons
Salaries were not always suitable based on knowledge and experience. Though, they do go off average comps for the area including any educational achievements which is consistent. Nevertheless, a bachelors degree doesn't necessarily make you suited for a higher salary than a veteran employee with more knowledge than some combined.
