It feels super comfortable working with the whole team, my work is super appreciated at every level, from the sales team to the CEO, which leads to a strong and long term commitment with the company. It’s impressive how much time is spent on customer experience improvements that lead to more sales and loyal customers. It feels like a family, we care each other’s back, while we try to deliver the best quality at everything we do.
Cons
As an online business, it has to be online 24/7 which comes with great responsibility, but it hasn’t been an issue so far.
