Pros
Work from home option, also the city office facilities are great. 9-day fortnight. Excellent people to work with; friendly/caring atmosphere. Sensible, reserved senior staff. Some serious talent at hand. There are always opportunities to do great work. Lots of legitimately difficult challenges to sink your teeth into.
Cons
So many mis- or un-integrated business systems! Backward and unfathomable IT. Active but ineffective middle management. Insipid HR theatrics. Mysterious and dubious senior management with their dull and avaricious strategic direction. Work often involves digesting a mish-mash of legacy and acquired product tech.
