Pros
I have been with DigiCert for a number of years, and it's been a great experience! I have worked for several large Tech Companies, and they felt like large companies (lots of politics, voice not heard, management on their own agenda, etc). DigiCert is the complete opposite, and I hope it stays this way. Positive aspects of the company are as follows: -Management cares about the employees, and expresses this often. -Perks, raises, and bonuses are abundant, and awarded based on performance. -We have the tools to get the job done, and help the customer no matter the situation. -Customer Service is our main goal, and is the focus in all we do. -Internal technical issues are divvied out in a timely manner, and fixed. Like any growing company, there are pains to deal with, however I believe they have been managed well.
Cons
Not really a con currently, however there was a time Customer Service started to fall by the wayside (that was remedied quickly, and is back in full force).
