Pros
Fun, young and upbeat work environment. Nice office with convenient location.
Cons
They could potentially have success since the CEO and COO are both well established, but they fall flat when it comes to fulfilling the company's ideas and vision. They change the company's mission every week, with hopes that idea for the time being will pan out. They are conducting sales with advertisers under false pretenses that they have a "partnership" with hotels while they don't. They claim that they are working with top rated luxury hotels, meanwhile there's just outdated agreements, and now are moving on to lower level motels/hotels in the California area. The atmosphere is very laid back, but due to the amount of lay-offs and hostility between co-workers it has created a very ominous environment where it seems like every one is nervous each day if they will even have a job. Management does a rather poor job of lifting the office spirits, due to their poor communication. Everything is kept secretive, and you will not know about huge changes until minutes before -such as hour changes, pay cuts and entire new assignments. They also promise huge commission bumps, or pay raises in the future- never actually following through. Employees who want to quit or leave are given new "titles" with no meaning or power behind them. The sales side is highly competitive, with strict call counts enforced, managers cursing/yelling at you and pushed to lie/deceive potential clients to close a sale. The sales managers are incredibly deceitful and disrespectful to everyone they encounter. With no consideration to your feelings, they will flat out curse, insult and belittle you in front of whoever is there. Unfortunately, an idea and company that could potentially be very successful is on a downward spiral. Most of the employees who weren't laid off are looking elsewhere for new employment. I'd recommend staying away from this sinking ship.
