they've built a really good office in quick time and also backed by fairfax which is their investors. jobs at digit have job security and also good compensation. good emerging company and growing at very good speed.
Cons
Ridiculous management. they treat you like a slave and don't have any professionalism. management keeps calling you on weekends and holidays and also make developers work till midnight sometimes due to some tight deadlines. they can assign you any work regardless of your skills and keep switching your teams frequently. mainly there's no work life balance.
