Small company, easy going co-workers. Good work life balance, a true 9-5 environment.

Upper management is judgmental of any employee that is not a faithful church going "Christian". Company events are always framed in prayer. Constant financial struggle, employees did not know month to month if their paychecks would clear. Employees live in constant fear of being fired for the slightest mistake. Management attempts to block former employees from collecting unemployment and will deny claims and cause delays in collecting benefits. It was well known that administrative staff was on a 'revolving door' basis. Any employee who came down sick and spent any time in the hospital or on short term disability is systematically "weeded out", be it for pregnancy or heart trouble or even cancer. Management is also known to pre-date dismissal paperwork.
