Chaotic Processes: There was no clear workflow or effective task management system. The in-house tools were inefficient and often caused more frustration than they resolved. Unprofessional Communication: Reliance on WhatsApp for official and client communication was not only unprofessional but also invasive, leaving no boundaries for personal time. Unresponsive HR and Leadership: HR appeared more focused on appearances than addressing employee concerns. Leadership seemed indifferent to the well-being of their team, creating a sense of helplessness. Resignation Process: For those resigning, the final days were unnecessarily difficult, with threats of legal action and unexplained deductions from final settlements, making an already tough situation even more stressful.
