Great benefits, some co workers are nice

Everything at this company is handled last minute, with little to no proactive planning. When employees attempt to create structure or ask leadership strategic questions, concerns are often dismissed with “we’ll bring it up later,” but there is rarely meaningful follow through. There is a noticeable lack of planning and investment in people. Team sizes are not aligned with workload expectations. The finance team has several members, while most other departments consist of one person managing all responsibilities. This creates unrealistic expectations and an unsustainable workload. Compensation is significantly below industry and market standards, while senior leadership reportedly earns four times the amount of many employees. The imbalance between pay, staffing, and expectations contributes to low morale and burnout. The company would benefit from investing in its people, expanding teams appropriately, offering competitive compensation, and implementing clearer strategic planning.
