Pros
Competent leadership and employees are enjoyable to work with and allow the team to consistently deliver new and competitive products. The benefits are very good and there are regular company social events.
Cons
The company is very selective about hiring and expects the best out of its employees. Small team sizes means that there is always a lot of work to do which can be daunting at times.
