Probably the best agency I've worked for in Australia, always had a supportive team and management who cared for me. My manager always had my back, and was always open to new ideas - whether that was for the department, or for the business as a whole. I also had a solid salary for the level I joined at, a benefits package + all the usual. A great foundation for my career at Digital Minds Group

As an extroverted person, I definitely clashed with some people in the office who weren't used to that.
