Probably the best agency I've worked for in Australia, always had a supportive team and management who cared for me. My manager always had my back, and was always open to new ideas - whether that was for the department, or for the business as a whole. The job itself is easy but very boring.

Company culture is lacking and No room for career progression. Don’t have the opportunity to be creative or try new things, constantly knocked back.
