Pros
I have worked at Digital Next for over 5 years and can't rate the company high enough. Directors leave day to day running to senior managers who leave running of client base to trusted staff. Directors and senior managers are always there if you feel you need them but have the trust and respect to let you use autonomy which is essential. It's a relaxed working environment with monthly social events which helps improve an already strong work ethic amongst staff. It's a true work hard play hard company and it is a pleasure to be an integral part of the set up here and I would recommend the company to anyone who wants a career with a great balance between working hard and enjoying the working environment.
