      as this acquisition is ending, and we are one company - the management team is really striving to make it better for their employees. they are creating new benefits and new programs. Also they are getting rid of things that just didnt work

      i want to travel more and see more facilities that we own

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
