Pros
I have been with Digital Reputation Management for some time now, and I can honestly say that my skills for business, content creation, customer service, financial stability, accountability, as well as my confidence in my daily life, have all improved considerably. There have been many life lessons that I have experienced while working here that have made me a better, stronger person, and so far this is the best place I've ever worked at. However, this place isn't for the faint of heart, "I just want to do what I'm told, get my paycheck and go home" type of people who don't value the work that they put in. It takes a strong work ethic, a sharp and focused mind, and honestly a bit of thick skin to be able to survive here. You need tenacity and the drive to get done the various tasks that we get bombarded with constantly with the environment being so fast paced. We work in the social media industry, so a high stress, fast paced environment is to be expected at times, but we do have moments where we all laugh and joke around together and have fun doing the job as well. This is the best experience I could've asked for and I'm so lucky for the opportunity to contribute to this growing company and be a productive member of society.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that it can be stressful at times, mainly because it takes a lot of effort to stay on top of everything at all times, but it is an incredibly rewarding job that provides valuable training for the skills you need to be successful in life.
