DigitalBGA has been an incredible company to grow with since I started in June of 2018. The owners are some of the most transparent, hard-working, and genuine people I have had the opportunity to work with. They truly care about the agents, employees, and the overall mission of helping people succeed. One of the biggest strengths of DigitalBGA is that the leadership is always ahead of the curve when it comes to remote insurance telesales. The company continues to evolve with technology, lead systems, training, and support to help agents succeed in a changing industry. DigitalBGA provides strong training, advanced technology, great support, and a positive family-oriented team culture. I have always appreciated the integrity, transparency, leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Cons
The only thing I would mention is that the insurance industry and technology are constantly changing, so everyone has to stay adaptable and continue learning. I do not really view that as a true con, but more as part of working with a company that is always improving, evolving, and staying ahead of the curve.
