Company lies about the commission you will make prior to hiring you. They usually tell you what the manager makes per month or a random employee in a super profitable month, not your average salesperson basically. Company will nickel and dime you and dock your check with the quickness! Many times they've been wrong and if the employees don't catch it fast enough, the error won't get fixed!! Average salesperson sells between 4,000 and 6,000 at the mall locations in Tucson IF that. Meaning your commission is between $40 & $150. Not much to live on. You have to sell at least $9000 to get anything decent or hit the "accelerators" which require the luck of the Irish or scamming customers
