I worked at Digiterre as a Principal Consultant for just over a year, and overall, it was a positive experience. Challenging and enjoyable greenfield project Excellent delivery process that was key to project success Strong support from various teams (CTO, delivery manager, account manager) Highly skilled colleagues who offered great support Good balance of professional and personal care The project I was assigned to was a greenfield initiative, which provided an exciting and challenging environment. Digiterre's approach to the delivery process was instrumental in ensuring the project's success. One of the standout aspects of working at Digiterre was the level of support I received. The CTO, delivery manager, and account manager were all actively involved in making sure I had everything I needed, both professionally and personally. This comprehensive support system really helped me perform at my best. The team I worked with was composed of highly skilled professionals who were always ready to offer support and collaborate. This created a positive and productive work environment.

None that significantly stand out based on my experience

Reflecting on my year at Digiterre I can say I've found it to be a company that values its employees and maintains a close relationship with their clients by actively and constantly seeking feedback. One of the standout aspects for me was their emphasis on people. Throughout my time spent there I felt supported by my managers (Engagement Manager and CTO). They genuinely cared about my well-being and growth from the beginning till the very last day. I felt the company culture encouraged collaboration, feedback and open communication.

While my experience at Digiterre has been mostly positive, like any workplace, it has its challenges depending on the project and the client you work with.
