Pros
Dimebox is fine as Dutch engineering. Being in Amsterdam, makes it unique and interesting as a tech company. I was hired as backend developer and my journey so far has been exceptional. Everyday I learn new thing and write code for the same. My peers are really helpful and I can not wish for more. Dimebox carries the culture of plan carefully, work hard and party hard with Friday evening. People at Dimebox believe in steady progress but everyday. It's a success mantra in my opinion. Let's talk about onboarding. Onboarding process is fantastic here. From Onboarding in Amsterdam to onboarding to technical details about engineering. There is lot to learn on how to do it right. Let's talk about work now. So we follow scrum+agile methodology, with 2 weeks of release cycle. We create issues AKA stories, prepare them before getting in coding, estimate them and start working, clear any road blocks and make it read for code review. CI and tests really helps everyone in long term. Code review is very interactive, helpful and helps you be better developer. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give a shot here, since it's the right time to take off.
