There are no pros for this company. Better you remain jobless than getting fired out without notice or anything. I have seen at least 30 to 35 peoples fired out of the company.

The technical person that is the owner it self is not knowledgeable at all. I hope what he is doing atleast he is aware of it. The work culture is too bad you need to work on SUNDAY AND SATURDAY. Hey dear dimentrix, We do have our personal life. In this company if anyone has secured job then they are the relatives of the owner. Ha ha the relatives are like watchman.

Core java can be learnt very well from available project Frequent outings(once or twice a year) Follows Agile methodologies

Too Strict in timings, If you are late by a single minute then also they will deduct half day salary. Very unfriendly employee policies Strict deadlines Everyone has to send work status email at the end of the day They claim to follow agile practice but there is nothing like scrum or standup, instead of this developers has to send work status mail everyday
