Pros

You get a lot of responsibility and it is possible to influence DinnerBooking's Marketing channels.

Cons

The most challenging part of working at DinnerBooking are the two brothers who run the company. They have questionable morals and do not care about the well-being of their employees.

Pros

You had some nice collegues

Cons

The owners treated employees unfairly, placing disproportionate pressure on individuals. There was manipulation of staff, for example by providing selective information and twisting facts to advance the owners’ agenda. Dominance techniques were used regularly—such as inducing guilt and shame—to compel compliance. Leadership operated opaquely, making decisions behind closed doors without transparency or opportunity for dialogue. Support and recognition were lacking: positive contributions were ignored, while criticism was delivered in a domineering fashion. Leads were allocated unfairly, creating inequitable opportunities and undermining team morale.
