Pros
I’ve been working at Dionach for more than 3 years. I had experience testing infrastructure and web applications before joining the company, so I was able to quickly start doing web application tests, which included tests for many clients from different industries. This allowed me to encounter various technologies and greatly improve my skills in web application testing. I was then able to diverse my activity and I started doing mobile application, social engineering and internal penetration testing. Each time, Dionach gave me time and resources to learn beforehand, which was done through internal training, and shadow and parallel testing. There is also the possibility to do plenty of other tests, such as Cloud review, firewall review, PCI test, Red Teaming, consultancy service, and so on… Each time, discussion is possible with the management to decide what will suit you best. Management is great and works with teams of 2, 3 or 4 consultants, including a team leader. You have a monthly meeting where you can talk about your objectives, your needs and concerns. Dionach is a human-sized company, so there is no numerous management layouts and it’s easy to talk to the CEO or CTO if needed. Management is listening, it will of course not always agree with you, but you can discuss and talk about your opinion without any fear. The work environment is great, people are really willing to share their knowledge and help each other. The company is a mix of really experienced and young passionate consultants. I also feel like there is a really good atmosphere in the company, including between the different departments. Personally, I enjoy working with IT, Business, Finance, HR or Delivery teams, and participating in social events is always a great pleasure that ends with lots of laughs.
Cons
Due to the fact that Dionach is a human-sized company, there may be a lack of processes and procedures, which can sometimes generate unnecessary workloads. But they always try to improve!
