Chaotic work environment with no processes or direction. Leadership is unprofessional, reactive, and prone to favoritism rather than merit. Zero respect for employee time. Overwork is expected, and boundaries are ignored. No growth, no mentorship, no learning opportunities. Communication is toxic, feedback comes as criticism, never as guidance. High attrition is the norm, not the exception.

None!! U dont learn anything new or are assigned anything worthy to be shown later. Its better to never show that you ever worked here.

Where do i begin! They hire you randomly and expect you to join just the next day! Then the leadership is a bunch of fools who have absolutely no knowledge or understanding of international relations what so ever and are clueless most of the time! The environment is extremely toxic and with people gossiping about others in the office the whole day that no educated person would want to be a part of . They fuel fights amongst colleagues and fire editors at the blink of an eye for no reason. There is not a single employe who has worked here for more than a few months. They can never have loyal workers. You are ignored andnot assigned work and spoken to very rudely by the seniors. Such companies can never sustain for long and dupe people for too long. Reality hits sooner or later!
