Pros

IT's a job and pays a few bills

The company do not listen to employees regarding availability and pile work onto people who continually say they can't do those hours. They do not listen to the carers when they bring up a concern about a service user. They lie to you at interview stating it is £8 per hour when in reality you only get around £6 as you spend time travelling between appointments. Cyclists get paid the same mileage as a car driver but they end up being taken in a car on double up rounds. You never get any thanks from your employer even after you have slogged your guts out covering extra calls to the detriment of your own health and wellbeing.
