Horrific company to work for - Administration Supervisor Direct Help and Advice Employee Review

Management don't have a clue how to run a company. The staff are taken advantage of and verbally abused, they hire the wrong workers for the types of work needing doing (I.e. admin staff for legal issues which they obviously can't do, leading to the solicitors having too many cases and becoming overworked), often micromanagement takes place, pay is messed up, protects are assigned but not supported.
