      Pros

      You make your own schedule when there is work, usually understanding of health issues/schedule changes, work from the comfort of your own home

      Cons

      Mental abuse by supervisor, can’t ask questions without feeling incompetent, can’t bring up anything without being scolded for doing so (script errors, connection issues), hot-headed and overwhelmed supervisor, they can and will replace you

      Everything from integrity to culture. Management and employees are like family. Everyone values you and your input. The teamwork and dedication not only to clients but to each other is amazing.

      Pros

      A great opportunity for workaholics!

      Cons

      Only three actual FT employees so it's extremely difficult to take a vacation without worry. Witnessed a conversation where a client was told that an employee was to blame for an error rather than taking responsibility as a company. Disgruntled employees spoke negatively behind each others' backs making it very uncomfortable.
