-Team in India does graphic design work and often times doesn't understand or give clear instructions -Owner sometimes doesn't understand what customers want. One time I was on the phone with a customer when he all of a sudden decided to cut in and do my job for me. The customer was asking for a set of custom magnetic notepads, but he told me to put in an order for a stack of magnets. He genuinely didn't understand what the customer was asking or what he was asking me to do.
