They allow you to run the business like it's yours and not intervene too much if you're hitting your numbers.
Cons
No direction, extremely inconsistent with policies, no training procedures, upper management and marketing is running it into the ground. Nobody will give true opinions because of the atmosphere and full of "yes men."
