      Pay, leave, benefits were okay

      Cons

      I had an incident with another employee at my job site. After talking with HR, I did not feel satisfied with the response. The employee who tried to vouch for me was either fired or quit. I am considered neuro divergent, which makes this worse. After this incident, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

      Very forward leaning on technology. Team members are very supportive. Leadership is informative. Very happy with getting the CMMI and CMMC audits done because it looks great for the company. Recent positive PTO rollover change,

      Great medical, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Insurance. Online learning available.

      Cons

      No guidance, coaching, mentoring, or employee development by the manager. They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day. No one will give their expectations. Not enough details given for termination reason.
