Pros
The people here are great to work with. The owner of the company is very friendly and as such the environment is as well. Barely any micro management, if you are competent, you are pretty much left to do your job.
Cons
The pay is slightly lower than the area average. Reviews are once a year. There is no room for growth in terms of title. Seniority tends to be favored.
