No pros as its is small scale company and less projects

Lots to say. 1.They lay off employees after project end. Not switching projects due to less projects. 2.10% of your salary will be deducted every month and will get quarterly. I didnt get my last quarter's deduction yet.Following up from 6 month. 3.In the last 1.6 yrs didnt get appraisal. 4.They only valued to old employyes who are 15 yrs working there
