      Pros

      In true start up fashion, DIRTEA offers an abundance of excitement and opportunity every day. No two days are the same, and there is the opportunity to wear multiple different hats and be involved in various projects. There is a real focus on developing individuals both personally and professionally and emphasis on looking after your health and wellbeing. Management and c-suite have an open door policy and are extremely approachable and understanding. There is flexibility in the workplace and excellent benefits to ensure staff are fulfilled and well looked after.

      Cons

      If you miss any days in the office, there is a lot to catch up on, so be mindful of monitoring your inbox.

      Pros

      Strong supportive team. I loved my time working at Dirtea. I had the opportunity to move between teams and expand my skills which I'm really grateful for. Really friendly team and nice office.

      Cons

      During my experience, some of the management team only had personal interest and was not there to support & grow direct team, and also created issues within the wider team culture. Senior management took too long to realise the impact although it was raised multiple times.

      Pros

      Strong culture of teamwork and collaboration among my colleagues. A very welcoming and friendly place to work on a day-to-day basis

      At times, cross-departmental communication can be fragmented, leading to occasional misaligned priorities
