      Company values are excellent - bottoms up, high levels of ownership, tons of autonomy, data driven decisions Company is on track to be huge, valuation is increasing quickly It's easy to make tons of impact because the company is really small and there's a huge number of users

      people are kind and empathetic. generally people dont take themselves too seriously here. the product is cool especially if youre into gaming.
