Pros
Lets colleagues work remotely, no specific time zone required. Very flexible with work situations in all regards. No unnecessary meetings and very informal structure.
Cons
Requires initiative and drive from colleagues. Will not manage closely, so colleagues will need to self-lead. A lot of technical aspects that need to be mastered. Discosloth has a very specific way of approaching PPC, but do have in-house guides and courses to improve the learning curve.
