Pros
Potential to move up as far as you want to in this company. It's based on what YOU do once you get in. Everyone hired starts in the same place, changing tires. Everybody from the CEO to Sr. Vice Presidents, they all changed tires first then worked their way up. No one will ever be hired in to be your boss, they have to work their way up.
Cons
There's not a lot of free time to be had, but we knew that when we hired on. You're told up front the work is hard and the hours are long. But it is a very rewarding job. If your team is well trained and efficient, you won't be there an hour past closing every night. So I guess I don't have any cons about this job. Some people complain but I remind them about what we were told in the interview and we agreed to it.
