Pros
Potential for awesome income, especially those willing to work from the bottom up. No experience is required to get hired on. There are bi-yearly bonuses that every employee receives. Most of the people you work with are awesome. In most stores, there is a good relationships from the technicians all the way to the store manager.
Cons
The work-life balance is awful. Every store always feels over worked and under staffed. If you work in a winter region, be prepared to work very long hours with little to no breaks. The stores I have worked at are not really set up well because you can't shut the doors all the way. This makes winter time really interesting. They will preach caring for employees, but it always seemed like the corporate agenda trumped anything comments coming out of the store. Can be a very stressful environment if you don't fit in to the "corporate mold".
