Pros
Working here I lost a good amount of weight. It is hard work for sure, and if you can keep up than this place may be a good start for you. As an entry level employee you can start at 11$/Hr or more.
Cons
You have to work hard. If you are not willing to work hard, and you don't plan on working here for a while, you may want to find another place for employment. Con's really depend on where you work (which store, employees make a huge difference for your experience). Where I worked, you were expected to be able to learn on your feet, and be able to work quickly while not making any mistakes. I guess that could be said about any job, but it felt a bit more extreme here. I often found myself doing good for the first hour and a half, then I was gassed and not able to work as fast. At this point, the rest of the day was... difficult to get through. At least for me. To be fair, I was not in the best shape when I started here (I lost nearly 30 pounds by the time I left though).
