Pros
Decent pay and benefits. Good opportunity in new regions to advance and shine. Most of upper management has been around long enough and is resonable enough to have expectations that are attainable.
Cons
You will be working from 7:30am to as late as 6:30pm most days and when above average business occurs you may be there as late as 8pm. In established regions your opportunity for advancement is much less than in new regions.
