Overall good experience. Great staff, really good with the patients and get along great with each other. Start work early, get out early.

Pay is average. Sometimes it's overwhelming but that's every job.

The people here are REAL and take pride in their work. This is not all about the numbers and the dollar signs. I have worked in the behavioral health / substance abuse field for years in different companies and this is the first one that I have seen that truely care about the people who call in seeking help. I have heard their intake reps speak to these callers and its not scripted and what makes it even more genuine they are speaking from experience not someone just saying things read out of a textbook. I admire everyone there from Marketing to the call center. They seek on making a difference in someones life and these types of companies you do not find very often. They treat their employees like family and not like a person occupying a space to do work...

I do not have any negative thing to say about them.
